1. Introduction and acceptance
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the WReports iOS application (“App”). By using the App, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
In addition, Apple Inc.’s App Store terms and conditions apply, including for in‑app purchases where relevant.
2. Definitions
“Service”: Together with account registration and sign‑in, all digital services provided by WReports, including saving, viewing, PDF generation, and cloud synchronization of daily reports with text, photos, and related job data (e.g. date, project information).
“User Content”: All text, images, photos, files, and other data uploaded or created in the Service by you or anyone acting on your behalf.
3. Service provider and third‑party technologies
The App uses the Supabase platform (PostgreSQL, authentication, object storage, and related services) for secure hosting. Your account and User Content may be processed and stored in the region of the Supabase project you choose, subject to Supabase’s current policies.
User passwords—including your password—are not stored in plain text by the App; authentication is handled via Supabase Auth. You may use third‑party sign‑in such as Apple or Google; those providers’ terms and privacy notices also apply.
Limited preference data (e.g. theme) may be stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage.
4. Account creation and security
You agree to create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your sign‑in credentials confidential.
If you notice suspicious activity, change your password immediately and notify us at destek@wreports.app.
Children under 13 may not use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18, parental or guardian consent may be required under applicable law.
5. License and prohibited conduct
You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement and solely for your personal or professional business purposes.
The following are prohibited: (a) unauthorized access attempts or distribution of malware; (b) unauthorized access to other users’ accounts; (c) content that violates applicable law or third‑party rights; (d) reverse engineering, accessing source code, or excessive automated load.
Violations may result in suspension or restriction of your account and may carry further legal consequences.
6. User content and compliance
You retain rights to your User Content, or you confirm you have permission from the rights holder where required by law. Your content must not infringe occupational health and safety rules, trade secrets, personal data rules, or photography rights; obtaining required notices and permissions on site is your responsibility.
We may restrict access or remove unlawful or harmful content; platform providers’ and authorities’ obligations may also apply.
7. Subscriptions and payments
In‑app subscriptions or similar purchases processed through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s billing and refund policies (cancellations, refunds, Family Sharing, etc.). Pricing and trial terms are as shown in the user interface.
8. Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is” and as updated; temporary or permanent changes may occur due to outages, updates, or security needs.
This Agreement may be updated from time to time. Material changes may be communicated in‑app or by email. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance.
9. Account closure
You may sign out at any time from App Settings, or initiate permanent deletion (“Delete my account”) so associated data on Supabase can be removed. Deletion may be irreversible; legal retention obligations remain.
Access may be terminated for breach of this Agreement or legal requirements.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect losses such as lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, and do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation—except where mandatory law provides otherwise for gross negligence.
Industry‑standard safeguards are aimed for; no digital system is 100% secure; use strong passwords and device security.
11. Governing law
Disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
